  • Can we place an order over the phone?

Yes with a credit card.

  • How long does it take to receive a dress?

All in stock items ship the next business day. You should receive your order within 3-4 business days through priority mail after it ships anywhere within the US. Custom Orders take approximately 4-6 weeks. We can rush orders but that is an additional charge due to the upgraded postage. We can also overnite dresses if needed for an additional cost.

  • Is there a way to get a custom dress sooner?

Yes for an additional fee we can rush order dresses

  • Can I add sleeves if there are none in the picture?

Yes you can add sleeves without any additional cost just let us know the length in the comments section after payment.

  • How Much is shipping?

In most cases your order will cost you $10 or less to ship through priority mail. We offer free priority mail shipping on orders over $250.

  • Which services do you use to ship?

Majorty of orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail however you have the option of using Fedex or Ups if you like you will be given these shipping options at checkout.

  • Where are you located?

We are located in Delaware USA.

  • Do you ship Internationally?

Currently we ship to the USA, UK and Canada, Please email us at info@libasusa.com if you would like info on shipping to another country and the charges.

  • Are there extra charges for larger clothing sizes?

NO all sizes are the same size unless it is a childs size then the price is different.

  • Do you accept credit card?

Yes if you would like to use your credit card instead of checking out through google checkout or paypal we would be glad to assist you over the phone. Please call 302-827-3484.

  • Do you do alterations?

Yes we offer custom alterations of dresses that are in stock... usually making a dress smaller is not a problem... if you would like it larger we recommend ordering it according to your measurments.

  • Do you have a physical store?

No at this time we are only online.

  • Are all prices fixed?

Yes all prices are fixed however we do offer promotional sales from time to time so please sign up for our newsletter where you will be the first to know about new items and sales.

  • Do you sell unstitched fabrics?

Yes subtract $30 for stitching and that is what the unstitched fabric will cost. Just send us an email at aisha@libasusa.com with the details of what you would like to order and we will send you an invoice through paypal.

  • Do you have plus sizes?

Yes we can make most items in any size ... please email us for more info or chat with us online.
